Terrible customer service

i was looking forward to using my Smart box gift of "burger and a beer"but turned out to be a very embarrassing situationWe went into Wings Gourmet burger on O Connell st Validated the voucher via app and even had the voucher .. 1st off the waitress didn't recognize the voucher ...She said that they didn't do them as it was Different"WINGS" that take them , after i showed her the app and their store on it , she said to go ahead and order!!After we ordered she then again siad , "no not at this store"She went off again and asked someone, and came back and embarrassingly asked how much we paid for the voucher !My partner who was with me and had bought voucher for me had to tell her in front of me the value of the voucher !We were then informed we could have a burger and a beer only ...no chips!we would have to pay for chips separate , i informed her it does include chips as i had seen it on the app listed somewhere , she waited while i looked , and asked do we just want one chips but we would have to pay for the chips ....it was getting silly and embarrassing at this stage , i told her yes we would pay for the chips but i would keep looking for where it states that chips are included I found where it was listed while she was gone , but she did come back and tell us that she would include the chips at this stage ...i showed her with it was stated on app that chips were included ....I initially emailed Smartbox the above text ....no reply!I messaged them on Facebook with above text and told them i had sent an email , they replied and apologized and to confirm email address and they would get back to me ..confirmed email .....they didnt get back to me!Sent them 2nd message on FB , siad they still hadn't revived email , even though i emailed full message again above ..and yet again to confirm email and an agent would get back ...no reply ,i guess they hoped i would just go away i presumephilip
