I love the range of experiences this company use. However, they still have considerable software issues which have not been rectified in the past 4/5 months which involve gifts going to the account holders address instead of a nominated delivery address or if it does go to the gift recipient’s address, it arrives with the account holders name on the package. This has now happened on 2 occasions to me and involved a lot of emailing to ensure correct voucher was eventually sent. This should be a pleasurable, seamless process but this lack of attention to detail in the ordering process would make me think twice about using buyagift again. Seriously need to get this sorted out!
