Very poor value for money. The choice of venues was quite impressive, but, when you try to book the day before Mothers Day, everyone was "fully booked". We managed to book with Castle Bromwich Hall Hotel for Saturday afternoon. The voucher was for two, and, we made a booking for three. We were provided with a small bottle of bubbly each, a choice of tea or coffee, and, one cake stand to share, which equated to 3 small finger sandwiches each, one scone and three small cakes, all in all the cost including what we paid for with Smartbox was £68.00 (£50) for Smartbox. We requested the bill for the third persons to be told the voucher would cover the three people, which did not surprise me given the monies paid. To recieve a phone call saying we hadn't paid and took payment over the telephone for the third person. All in all a bad experience.
