Good apparent range of experience choices and a smooth purchasing experience. However, when coming to redeem the voucher the experience was pretty poor. Hotel I contacted (using the Smartbox provided contact number) didn't really seem to know what the voucher was and didn't know how to redeem it. Passed on to a separate email contact but, funnily enough, there were no vacancies for the night we needed. Having then had a closer look at what we had bought and the hotels we could choose from I'm not entirely sure that the options are that great value for money. Will use this experience but so far not inspired enough to think about buying another oneThank you Anna for the response. Will drop you an email.
