I bought a present for someone else, I paid for the physical delivery but..it never arrived. The courier delivered to a completely random address. When I tried calling the ocurier, all I got was an aswering maching that said my order had been delivered. When I called smartbox, a machine told me to send an email. I send an email and got no response so far.
