Dear Smartbox Team,
my objective was to buy a smartbox for an activity in France; I live in Switzerland. The activity was not offered on the Swiss page of smartbox but only on the French. No problem, I thought since I wanted to pay by credit card. I completed the form, everything seemed fine, submitted the form - bang: Here the error message came: Even if one can choose any country in the world, one is only allowed to buy anything if one lives outside France. How ridicolous!
I spent that day about 45 minutes talking to your call centre and had to listen to such suggestions as "can't you ask a friend in France to buy the smartbox for you?". This is really not professional. In the end, I gave my credit card details on the phone to one of your colleagues and he did the purchase.
If you want to be part of a gloablised world, get used to the idea that people might want to buy a smartbox in a country in which they do not live and update your webservice accordingly.
