I have a Fractal design case which is well out of warranty and I'd managed to lose the power button.I contacted Fractal's support and gave them all of the model/serial numbers required and a email reply back from Daniel advised that they would send a replacement Free of charge.Not only did they send the button but the whole harness and cabling too.Very happy customer and very likely to buy a fractal case again in the future.
