I ordered a frame and a stand, they never sent the stand, I asked for a refund, days later i get an email asking if i wanted the stand shipped or a refund, So I responded again, I want a refund, I am still waiting for it 2 weeks later. They do not seem to be very concerned about customer satisfaction.
