I got 2 6.5's of my husband and our 2 boys (dogs). He LOVES them as I do too. They are beautiful. Would like to get a big one for him but a little too pricey for me right now. I would recommend these to anyone if they are looking for a very personal touch in a unframed picture but on glass.Thanks Fracture for making my husband happy
I have always relied on Fracture to "wow" the people that I give them to as gifts. For 5 years, Fracture's work has been "show stoppers". I once designed an extra large Fracture for a famous Hollywood star who has appeared in more than 60 different TV shows and movies. I did this to celebrate her impressive career and nominate her for a lifetime achievement award. I received my pictures much faster than I expected. The quality for how it was packaged was awesome, for glass prints I was very nervous that it would get damaged in shipping but not likely. Now to the photos they really were brought to life being printed on glass and in the matte finish. So elegant, high quality, and the color just pops off the glass as if it was in 3D High Def.. I'm so glad I made the investment. It does cost but the BOGO offer was what pushed me to purchase more than just 1 photo at a time. It was so worth it. I'm already working on my next order and I will be giving photos as gifts to family and friends now going forward. Excellent product and service! One picture came from delivery service cracked, box had been opened and retaped, so Fracture was not at fault. Contacted Fracture Customer Service and got an immediate response and a replacement picture sent the next day. This one was perfect. Extremely happy with the outcome and product!
I started using fracture to send gifts to people. Everyone always had very positive feedback... I recently had the opportunity to use fracture for my own personal use... There was a slight problem with one of the photos coming in with cracked glass. Falen, was a terrific customer service rep... And addressed the issue right away... I can't say that about all companies that I've dealt with in my lifetime... And companies are great until there's a problem... And then you know what a company is really made of based on the problem.... I would highly recommend fracture for gifts or for personal use... A great company
Opening the box for my picture I sent to be made was such a great surprise! Every time I walk by the photograph, it leaves me completely in Awe! The picture came and it was WAY better than expected! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this company! The ordering was simple, super easy for a 63 year old. Picture came in a box packed with extreme care.
