Terrible customer service… these people have no brains at all I keep telling them the FedEx driver delivered my package to THE WRONG HOUSE- I even provided them pictures of my house (which anyone can see on google maps) and a picture of the house it was delivered to as was provided on the proof of delivery page connected to my FedEx tracking link and anyone with working vision can see that the two houses look nothing alike. Now they want me to file a police report for a package that WASNT STOLEN it was misdelivered……. I just lost $235 because these people have no common sense.
