Review Time
Just a little anecdotal evidence that frag flex is the greatest, I ordered 7 fragrances from 3 different websites, (2, 2, 3) fresh flex arrived second, I then ordered 2 more from frag flex that has been out of stock the day I received my shipment, I got my package from frag flex 4 days later, I still hasn't received one of the original packages from one of the online vendors.
Terrible customer service… these people have no brains at all I keep telling them the FedEx driver delivered my package to THE WRONG HOUSE- I even provided them pictures of my house (which anyone can see on google maps) and a picture of the house it was delivered to as was provided on the proof of delivery page connected to my FedEx tracking link and anyone with working vision can see that the two houses look nothing alike. Now they want me to file a police report for a package that WASNT STOLEN it was misdelivered……. I just lost $235 because these people have no common sense.
This might be a first for me and coming from someone with a very large collection it should hold some weight, this company alone I have spent a small fortune over 62,000 loyalty points earned. Most were from fragrancebuy I honestly do not think there were any major issues over the years I have used them, since fragflex became the shipper there have been several problems and it is impossible to reach customer service. The only way they respond is to a review, I sent several emails with pictures over the past few days with no response. Like I said this is a first for me because I am careful where I purchase. The batch number on the box and on the bottom of the bottle do not match I did include pictures to customer service and it smells nothing like it is supposed to. I am basing that on a sample I have directly from the house when I purchased a different fragrance. Everyone kind of knows what that means without me directly writing it.
Great company. They delivered quality product in a quick window of time. Not sure how and why it's cheaper than other places, but I don't care. They stock quality stuff, and I'm glad companies like this are out there.
After receiving my shipment, I discovered it was not what I ordered. I immediately took pictures and emailed them my concerns. Three days later, I received a request for more pictures, including the box and labels. Who keeps shipping boxes? Luckily, I had saved it and sent everything they asked for. I followed up the next day for an update but heard nothing. I continued to reach out for several days without any response. On the third day, I warned them that I would share my experience regarding their customer service if I didn't hear back by the end of the day. Despite my efforts, I am still waiting for a reply!
My husband ordered 6 bottles of a perfume that my mom and I love. We opened 3 of them and had to stop there. Each of the opened bottles had a terrible smell, resembling vinegar. They are completely unusable. The company refuses to accept a return, leaving us out over $300. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. They claim to issue refunds for products deemed inauthentic, but what we received was far from genuine.
