The worst company costco has ever used to pick up large items from your home no less white glove expense to do so. There is zero communication and the window of time given to customer for pick up comes and goes with zero communication. When instructions were given repeatedly put in writing that I had to leave at 3 pm but driver could contact concierge security cell number who is always seated at the front of the building that he would assist in getting couch out. That never happened and driver went fur to lie that he allegedly spoke to me in person when I wasn’t even home at 4:30 and allegedly I told him I didn’t need my couch picked up. This is bonkers behavior and nutty conduct to make up things that are untrue. Why would I wait at home all day for the couch to be taken for the window of time 9-1 pm and call on recorded lines every hour on the hour to get this company to speak to the driver about updates and to provide detailed information in my absence after 3 pm that driver could call our building staff on his cell phone and he would be let into my condo for couch pick up?
