Ordered two kayaks from Black Hall Outfitter's over a month ago and still no kayaks. Black Hall Outfitter's was no help with tracking my shipment and Fragilepak does not response intelligently to questions regarding ETA of shipment. I would have picked up the kayaks myself if I knew shipment was going to take over a month and a half. If Fragilepak is your shipping company, get ready to wait and wait and wait some more. I've waited seven weeks and still no kayaks.
