I bought a chair for a client through Ballard Designs and they use Fragilepak. I just got off my fourth phone call because their system keeps scheduling me for the next day. After I call and cancel it, about two hours later it schedules me again. Every time I’ve called, I’ve explained that the house is being painted, and I do not want to accept upholstery for another week. Their system cannot go out more than a couple days, which is absurd.
