The fragrance was received four weeks late and leaked during shipping, resulting in only 60ml instead of the full 100ml. The bottle continues to leak. The support team has replied multiple times without any apologies, simply citing 'international shipping' and ignoring my questions about the extra insurance I paid for. There seems to be a complete lack of care or genuine customer service. I will not purchase from this seller again and recommend others to steer clear as well. This was a frustrating experience, especially for what was intended to be a special gift for my son, arriving long after the occasion and with a significant portion missing. Truly disappointing.
