I received an email notifying me that a product was available, so I placed an order expecting it to process within 2 to 4 business days. After a month without delivery, I requested a refund and was charged a 5% cancellation fee. It was misleading to claim the product was in stock when it wasn't. Be cautious with pre-orders; paying upfront and being charged for cancellation is not acceptable. Please refrain from sending customers emails if you cannot fulfill the orders promptly.
