The fragrance arrived four weeks late and leaked during transit, resulting in only 60ml being received instead of the full 100ml. The bottle continues to leak. The support team has responded multiple times without offering apologies, merely citing 'international shipping' and failing to address my inquiries about the extra insurance I paid for. There seems to be a lack of care or genuine customer service. I will never purchase from this seller again, and I advise others to avoid them as well. This was a disappointing experience for what was meant to be a special gift for my son, arriving long after the occasion with a significant portion missing. Truly disappointing.
