I ordered 2 perfume bottles and received 1 of them damaged ... half leaked all in the box bottle cap broken and the moment you lift the bottle whole thing leaks ... fragrance almost gone. When i reached out to fragrance buy with pictures and videos ... i was asked to send the bottle back for a refund and order a new one. When i had ordered this bottle it was on sale and because my overall order was over $100 i didnt have to pay shipping, so now fragrance buy wanted me to buy the replacement perfume at a higher price and also pay shipping charges. when i refused to do that, i was only given partial refund after a lot of emails to and fro. this was my first order from fragrance buy and it was gift to myself for my birthday which was completely spoiled thanks to fragrance buy. Very very disappointed with the customer service. Not at all a customer centric brand.
