I have been purchasing from Fragrancebuy.ca for some time now. Their selection and prices are really unmatched. Anytime I place myself on the notification list for out of stock items, I always get an email when it’s back in stock which I found not to be the case with another online retailer. I recently forgot to apply a promo code I had to a purchase I made and had emailed their customer service. They were able to apply my code and issue a refund on the difference. I really appreciated that. If you have any doubts about authenticity, I wouldn’t worry because everything is 100% authentic and backed by trusted fragrance influencers.
Use to be my go to online company for purchasing fragrances. They no longer ship to the united states and attempted to get their united states customers to purchase from fragflex online after they acquired the company based in the united states. Fragflex pales in comparison to the fragrancebuy site I used to love. To purchase fragrances on fragflex is just more expensive, you get hit with higher prices and 10% sales tax on top of each purchase and there are just much other better online fragrance site options other than fragrancebuy and fragflex for united states customers. Fragrancebuy/fragflex attempts to lure customers with certain brand exclusives that only they get to carry exclusively for a certain amount of time so you have to purchase it from them. I've been really turned off by the changes unfavorable they've made as a company regarding the fragflex switch to the united states customer base. My opinion of them has done a complete 180 from love them to just not interested buying from then due to the changes they made. There are other better places to shop online for fragrances in the united states.
The fragrance selection is great and authentic, and the prices are the best on the market. The service and customer care are excellent, and they’re incredibly fast with shipping. In fact, the customer service has gone above and beyond in the few times I’ve had an issue. What’s more, they’re a local business in GTA, which is something we don’t realize how lucky we are to have in Canada. Its all we can ask for. I would love to see a physical store or pickup location in the GTA, but that’s just a dream and would be a cherry on top. Overall, FragranceBuy is one of a gem in Canada.

Twice now I've placed orders with Fragrancebuy.ca and then realised that I had wanted to add to my orders. I ended up just placing a second order with the forgotten item. I emailed the company asking if my orders could be combined to save on shipping fees, and was pleasantly surprised to hear back right away! My orders were combined, and a refund for shipping was issued straight away.I've not had this level of online customer service in a very long while!Thanks again!
My purchase was with the US Fragrance Buy (FragFlex). I changed my mind on a blind buy purchase after ordering and requested a cancellation to my order the next day. Process was super easy. Awesome responsiveness and customer service. I’m a raving fan thanks to this experience and your excellent selection and pricing!
Spent a thousand dollars over there.. maybe more.Ended up accumulating reward points.But just 6 months without buying from them and they flush it all down.They want to FORCE LOYALTY onto you, by forcing you to always "buy more often", or else they don't care and flush any loyalty advantage.. really???Well, message received. I'll push my loyalty onto your competitors. You should change that ridiculous policy. Just like that, you lose clients without even trying.. well done!Mediocre marketing strategy.
