I purchased a fragrance from this website, but it was no longer wanted, so I initiated a return. It was sent back on October 17th, over three weeks ago, and they have yet to process it. Initially, I was told to wait 5-10 business days, but after two weeks, I was told to wait another 5-8 business days for an investigation. I have had no further communication and still haven't received my refund.
