I ordered a perfume and was very disappointed upon arrival. The bottle had no scent at all, which is unusual for me as I’ve used this fragrance for over 30 years without issues from other retailers. I contacted customer support and was sent a return label that requires me to pay for shipping back. There’s no customer service phone number to speak with anyone directly, and I feel it’s unfair to pay to return a defective item. Overall, I’m really dissatisfied with this experience.
