FragranceShop has many perfumes and very reasonable prices. It’s easy to order, track, and receive. It doesn’t come overnight, so you have to be patient as you wait a bit. I’ve ordered perfume twice, and absolutely no problems.

I will never again order from this company I ordered a cologne called wild musk I ordered the 1.5 oz instead I got 1.4ox they never reached out to explain the different sizes had I not noticed the different sizes they would of never said anything that's so unprofessional I emailed them twice the first time they responded the second go round nothing it just shows they know they were in the wrong they should feel ashamed

Unreliable service.

Not dependable. Once payment is made, they seem to consider the transaction complete, but my package hasn’t arrived. I’m located in the US and so is the service. I cannot recommend them; this holiday gift package is delayed with no estimated arrival time and no response from the shipping provider. The email I received stated my order was complete, while the shipping message mentioned a transit delay and advised to allow extra time for delivery.

Gift card nightmare.

I purchased an online gift card over a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve contacted customer support via email multiple times and called twice, but was left on hold for over an hour each time and then disconnected before speaking to anyone. I requested a refund a week ago and have received no response. This service feels like a scam—how can it take over a month to receive an email gift card?

Received the wrong item.

I paid full price for two perfumes online but received tester bottles instead. Both were unsealed, the box was open, and the contents were only 3/4 full. Where is the honesty? I emailed customer support about a return and refund but haven’t heard back. They only provide an email address, which raises concerns. I could have bought the perfumes elsewhere without issue, but now I’m left waiting for a response.

Disappointing product quality.

I ordered a perfume and was very disappointed upon arrival. The bottle had no scent at all, which is unusual for me as I’ve used this fragrance for over 30 years without issues from other retailers. I contacted customer support and was sent a return label that requires me to pay for shipping back. There’s no customer service phone number to speak with anyone directly, and I feel it’s unfair to pay to return a defective item. Overall, I’m really dissatisfied with this experience.

Poor customer service.

Customer service is nonexistent. I was informed that my purchased item was out of stock and that my money would be refunded within three days. Nine days later, after sending two emails via the contact link on their website, I still haven’t received any communication or my refund.
