Very competitive pricing, and the website offers a great selection of hard-to-find, niche, and specialized scents. The product variety is definitely a strong point.
However, I did experience an issue with one of my orders not being delivered correctly. Unfortunately, customer service was not very helpful and made the process more difficult than expected. I ultimately had to resolve the issue through the shipping company.
Because of this, I’m giving three stars - great products and pricing, but the customer service experience could use improvement.
