Unfortunately, they use DPD who are lazy, irresponsible and unreliable. At home awaiting delivery and they claim there wasn't anyone home. Now I need to collect parcel. Too much hassle!

A reliable company should be able to handle a simple missing-items situation swiftly and professionally, especially for a small amount like around $50. Unfortunately, I had to dispute the charge through my bank. This company is not trustworthy. I strongly suggest considering more dependable alternatives. If you must shop here, be cautious with larger orders, as you may not receive a refund or replacement if items go missing.

Completely unacceptable! I still haven't received my items, and they blame the courier service?? I reached out to the courier, and they said they haven't received anything, just a tracking number. They take your money and refuse a refund, claiming it'll arrive in a few days? Absolutely false.

They didn’t honor the previous price and acted as if my frustration was unwarranted. The worst experience ever. I could have chosen a more reputable service without this hassle. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere! UPDATE: After posting this review, the service reached out asking how they could remedy the situation. I replied but received no further communication. There was still no resolution—no offer for a coupon or anything, which might have shown some concern for customer service. It's quite disappointing.

This code is typically not shared with customers and requires contacting the bank. Depending on the bank, this can be a hassle. I’ve never been asked for this code for any online transaction before. Many other reviews mention this issue, indicating that I'm not alone in my frustration. It seems like they might be dealing with fraud issues but are only complicating things for honest customers with this policy. I shouldn't have to contact my bank just to finalize my order.
