I ordered a perfume from this service and was kept informed about the tracking. However, since it shipped from New York, it took longer than expected, but that was fine. I have no complaints about the product. The surprise came when I checked my bank statement and noticed a 'Non sterling transaction fee' of 2.75% on top of the amount I thought I was paying. I didn't realize this would happen, as the quoted amount was in Pounds Sterling. Essentially, you end up paying 2.75% more than the displayed price.
