I clarified it was supposed to be a replacement, but they sent the same template response. When I called, the representative said the order had been refunded and couldn't be replaced. They offered no resolution. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they asked for my order details and then informed me that my size was out of stock and I would need to reorder at a higher price. They didn’t honor the previous price and acted as if my frustration was unwarranted. The worst experience ever. I could have chosen a more reputable service without this hassle. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere! UPDATE: After posting this review, the service reached out asking how they could remedy the situation. I replied but received no further communication. There was still no resolution—no offer for a coupon or anything, which might have shown some concern for customer service. It's quite disappointing.
