I placed an order for perfume from this service and was kept updated with the tracking. However, since it shipped from New York, it took longer than expected, but that was fine for me. I have no complaints about the product. The surprise came when I checked my bank statement and noticed a 'Non sterling transaction fee' of 2.75% on top of the amount I thought I was paying. I didn't realize this would happen, as the quoted amount was in Pounds Sterling. Essentially, you end up paying 2.75% more than the displayed price.
