I sent in a print to be framed. The turn around time and shipping was pretty quick and the process was easy. Unfortunately multiple things were wrong with my order. I ordered a black mat but received a white one. Also the print was framed so the orientation (which I noted) was wrong. It was turned 90 degrees to the right, instead of right side up. Lastly (and this is more about the quality) the frame I ordered had a gold front. There was gold paint smudged all inside the bubble wrap. They must have slapped some paint on it and didn’t even let it dry. I emailed customer service and they offered to redo the framing. So I sent it back and once it returned it was still wrong. The print is still turned the wrong way in The fame despite explaining over email and putting printed out instructions with posted in the box. At this be point I know they will still probably do it incorrectly so no point in trying to send it back again.Edited to add: I did receive prompt and caring customer service. I understand mistakes happen and they do want to make it right.
