I had already sworn off using Framebridge when they botched my framing order not once, but twice. But they really do have nice customer service reps...and one reached out to apologize and give me a 25% off coupon for my next order. I needed to send a wedding gift out of state, and decided to take the risk and try them again with the 25% off coupon. BIG MISTAKE. This time their shipping box and shipping service (UPS) failed to protect my original artwork. The items arrived bent/creased. They will still frame the art and send it to our newlywed friends, but I have asked for a full refund. They gave me my money back, but I will NEVER EVER use their service again. Too risky after multiple failures. I wish those of you who do continue to use this service the best of luck with your art and photos.
