UPDATE 12/16: I want to be fair to this company and am adjusting my review to 3 stars. Customer service did ultimately succeed in "expediting" my order (i.e., meeting the original delivery timeline), and it looks like they upgraded my shipping to Next Day to do so. I appreciate the effort they took to make this situation right, but do wish that they had notified me of the risk of the delivery date slipping proactively given that I had notified them in advance of the criticality of meeting the delivery timeline. Original Review 12/13:I elected to use Framebridge to print and frame a photo for my my family member's memorial service. They provided an estimated delivery date that would have more than met this date, and I clearly emphasized in my order comments how important it was for the delivery date to be met, or for me to informed ASAP if there was a risk that this could not be met. I did not receive any further communication until the original estimated delivery date when suddenly any delivery estimate disappeared entirely from the order. I had to reach out to customer service myself to be told that they did not believe they would be able to meet the original shipping date. I cannot speak to the quality of the actual product but be warned that you should avoid using Framebridge if you have anything resembling a time sensitive request.
