Is it possible to give zero stars?! Not only did they lose my picture, but they also had me send the receipt for the missing item and under their non-existent "Art Care Guarantee", they said they would reimburse me for the lost item. They have my address and keep trying to tell me that it has been returned. I believe this is fraud and that those nice customer service people are just covering for what they know is bad quality, bad service and a company that should not be in business. Buyer Beware! And as for the response I received - this seems typical of most of these companies. They spend more time marketing and publicly fixing their image than actually fixing the issue. To date, I have not heard from anyone at Framebridge.
