I ordered a frame that we unfortunately was damaged in shipping, in spite of what seemed like very smart packing. I contacted customer service with a photo of the dented frame. Chrissy responded within hours and a replacement frame was in hand within a few days. She kept me informed throughout the replacement process. I can’t imagine any way it could have been easier. In a world where returns and customer service is conducted by bots and call centers this felt really human. (I assume Chrissy is real).I will definitely order from them again when I need a frame.
