I had a smaller frameo and it worked well until it the cord got damaged. But, we love looking at pictures of our grandkids so we thought we'd upgrade to the larger screen. It's been nothing but problems. It loses the network connection and then takes forever to get reconnected. You have to reset the wi-fi 1-3 times and then hope it'll stay connected for a while. Since you're at the settings screen to do that you need to go back to the main screen where pictures are. We then have to remove it from the wall and turn it sideways because the touchscreen where the back arrow is doesn't work. Overall, it's just built very cheaply and doesn't work as advertised. My advice is to find a different manufacturer. These photo frames are great, but not this brand.
