Waste of time. The wifi on the frame is questionable. When you do finally get a connection expect it

Waste of time. The wifi on the frame is questionable. When you do finally get a connection expect it to drop out randomly so your photos don’t upload. The app sucks. Any editing you do in app does not transfer to frame. Cropped down a photo for full frame? Expect to see the unedited version when it transfers over. Wasted hours editing, “uploading”, only to find editing is pointless and uploading rarely works. Very disappointed.

There is significant censorship of reviews. This product tricks you into a subscription service that isn’t disclosed prior to purchase. Such practices would be illegal if consumer protection laws were more than mere suggestions for these deceptive sellers.

Surprised by the negativity.

I'm puzzled by the numerous negative reviews. Our experience has been excellent. The product performs as promised. I love that I can share photos with family members easily through the app.

Great display, poor software.

The display is very clear, but the software is lacking. Bulk importing photos is nearly impossible unless they are in specific formats. Navigating video clips is a hassle. The ads claiming it's free forever are misleading. Uploading albums is restricted. Overall, a disappointing product that should be avoided—consider alternatives.

Deceptive tactics and no accountability.

After my mom's unexpected passing, I wanted to cherish family memories with smart frames. I purchased these high-definition frames in late 2022, and they worked well initially. However, a subscription model was introduced two years later, taking away many features I initially enjoyed. It feels like a bait and switch, and now even basic functionality is restricted. I'm now searching for better options for my frames.

I bought the frame only to discover that a subscription is needed to access basic features. For instance, I'm limited to uploading just 10 photos at a time. Very disappointing.

This is essentially a subscription service. It's absurd that after purchasing the frame, it's practically unusable without subscribing. A complete waste of money—do not buy.

Lack of customer support.

The company shows no concern for its customers. I submitted a support request with a simple query about photo sorting, but received no response. After a week, I followed up, yet still nothing. It seems that once they have your money, they forget about you. Consider this a warning.
