Very POOR customer service!!!! I have been communicating with the company for over a month. If I don’t answer right away they threaten to close my claim but they take forever to respond. They ask me the same questions over and over again that I have answered three emails before. My problem is not fixed and I don’t know if it ever will be resolved. The Frameo is less than 6 months old
