The order process was easy and I received my frames within about 10 days. I never received a notice that the frames were shipped or a tracking number. When I logged into my account, I could see that the frames were shipped but no tracking number or status updates were provided. The link to check the shipping status did not work. it would have been nice to know when the order was shipped and to be able to track it.
