This is the third pair of glasses I've ordered from them. The first two were fine. Different story with the latest pair. After only a month, the coating or film started to come off one of the lenses. Things got worse and the other lens started to exhibit the same problem in the next month. I contacted Frames Direct. In response to their request, I sent them two clear photos of the lens and what appears to be an obvious defect. They once again insisted I return the glasses to them to verify the problem. Despite explaining to them that I need the glasses to drive and can't return them without a replacement pair, they insisted I send them back anyway. When I asked what I should do for glasses if I return my one pair, the person replied that I "should buy a second pair from us." Are you serious? Is this what they refer to as "easy and worry-free exchanges"? Be forewarned: they're good to deal with until you have a problem.
