Awful experience 😡. I placed an order on December 6th for £420 and paid extra for express delivery, which claimed my parcel would arrive by December 10th. My parcel didn't arrive, and the tracking number shows it's with a postal service, but they have no record of my package. I've been back and forth via email with a representative who has kept me waiting a week for updates from the logistics team. After a week with no response, I decided to cancel my order. Two days later, I received an email asking me to wait another 3 to 4 days for delivery. It's now December 22nd, and it still hasn't arrived. I don't believe my item will come. This platform seems like a scam!! Everyone should be aware.
