Highly disappointing service 😡. I placed an order on December 6th for £420 and paid extra for express delivery, which promised my parcel would arrive by December 10th. However, my parcel never arrived, and the tracking number indicates it's with a postal service, but they don’t have my package. I've been in constant email communication with a representative, who kept me waiting a week for an update from the logistics team. After a week without any information, I decided to cancel my order. Two days later, I received an email asking me to wait another 3 to 4 days for delivery. Now it's December 22nd, and it still hasn't arrived. I doubt my item will ever show up. This platform feels like a scam!! Everyone should be cautious.
AVOID THIS PLATFORM!!! This service is a scam! I placed an order on December 16th and paid extra for express shipping (1-2 days). I was supposed to receive my order today, but instead, I got an email stating that my item has been shipped and will arrive in another 2-3 days! I paid over £200 for a service that has been terrible and misleading with incorrect information. The email I received is concerning, featuring a fake tracking link. When I enter the tracking number, it states my order does not exist. The contact number on their website is invalid. There are many fake reviews here, but if you look deeper, you'll see the truth. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE. I've reported them to the authorities as I doubt the authenticity of the stock they're selling. I have yet to receive my order, and I fear it won't meet my expectations.
