Absolutely dreadful customer service. Took weeks to get the shipping address correct, only to ship the glasses to an address that does NOT receive USPS mail. I originally provided my PO box and they said they were unable to ship to a PO BOX, then proceeded to ship USPS. Three weeks later nothing but empty apologies and promises of the issue being "worked on". Don't waste your time, money, or emotional wellbeing here.
