Highly disappointing service 😡. I placed an order on December 6th for £420 and paid extra for express delivery, which promised my parcel would arrive by December 10th. However, my parcel never arrived, and the tracking number indicates it's with a postal service, but they don’t have my package. I've been in constant email communication with a representative, who kept me waiting a week for an update from the logistics team. After a week without any information, I decided to cancel my order. Two days later, I received an email asking me to wait another 3 to 4 days for delivery. Now it's December 22nd, and it still hasn't arrived. I doubt my item will ever show up. This platform feels like a scam!! Everyone should be cautious.
