I normally use Aqua. At Terminal 3 Heathrow, I wanted to buy a similar one with similar notes. Sale assistant insisted me to buy their new one- Apom. I tried and thought that it was so heavy. I tried three others and chosen one and I was in rush to catch the plane. Bought it, open the box at the hotel and noticed that he gave me Apom (I guess wanted to sell it as it is a new one). Very wrong one. It is too heavy and I can not use it. Want to exchange it with the one that I want. Called their customer services. No answer. I do not think it is exist. I need an approval from Francis to change it. Very unfair!!!!!
