The perfumes I received are all original, but I can't rate higher than 3 stars due to the shipping delays. I placed my order on January 4th, and it was supposed to arrive by the 8th. When nothing arrived, I had to send an email after two days. They responded and switched the courier. Finally, my order arrived on January 14th.

My first online order was a disaster. The first order was canceled due to a payment issue, even though my card was charged. They promised a refund, but I had to order again, which was also canceled. I requested refunds for both canceled orders, but they stopped responding to my emails. I had to file a claim with my credit card company.
Honestly, I would give this company a zero if I could. I ordered a highly-priced fragrance that turned out to be awful. I tried to return it, expecting a refund, but their customer service was terrible. They made multiple excuses for not processing my refund, including false claims about my order being personalized. Now, they’ve stopped responding, and I’m left without both my product and my money. This is unacceptable!
