Anyone ordering online directly from the company please beware. Ordered gifts for a birthday and order arrived in an awful state. Courier had damaged deliver but MFK packaging was woefully inadequate in the first place. Contacted MFK and not interested. As I’d taken in parcel my problem etc etc. This is obviously incorrect in UK consumer rights but MFK then ignored my emails when I stated this. Have started a chargeback claim through my credit card company.
