Gosh, after coming here to see such bad reviews only that I realised it's true. I really didn't expect this coming from such a big brand.Basically I placed an order but there's a slight issue with it. I've raised it via email and after a couple days going back and forth they finally wrote last Friday (16/8) that it's being prepared and a replacement item will be shipped. I WILL BE updated.However, this is the 4th working days after and I have 0, yes ZERO response from them, no update no nothing. I am so tired chasing for something that isn't worth my time.This has stained the experience from buying via their website. It's really not what I expected. I can wait, but don't leave me hanging with 0 response and reply. It's unacceptable. That's why this bad review.Angry. Absolutely angry!Update: after 1.5 weeks I finally got this solved. There is a lady who answered my email and she's basically the only one that cared about my concern. I am editing this review from 2 to 3 stars for this whole experience.
