Visited the restaurant in Cardiff last night. The food was delightful, but the service was severely lacking. We waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order, and the lager was quite unpleasant. Although the food was really nice, our waitress never checked in on us for drinks or dessert. After 10 minutes of trying to get attention, we decided to leave. When the bill came, we asked for the optional tip to be removed, which resulted in eye rolls and unhelpful looks, along with another long wait. Nobody came to ask about our experience. When I finally requested the card machine, the staff chose to clean dishes instead, requiring us to ask again. Overall, the service was rude and discourteous. We won't be returning.
