While I’ve had good experiences at the Cheltenham branch before, my visit on Saturday afternoon was disappointing. We were initially told they couldn’t accommodate us, even though the restaurant was mostly empty. They then suggested we sit outside. We watched as walk-ins were seated while others were turned away, which felt random. Our service was poor, as they kept forgetting about us. I’m not sure we’ll return.
