I visited the restaurant last night. The food was delightful, but the service was lacking. After arriving, we waited 20 minutes for our order to be taken. The lager was not enjoyable. Although the food was excellent, our waitress never checked in on us or offered more drinks or dessert. After 10 minutes of trying to get attention, we chose to leave. When the bill arrived, we requested the removal of the optional tip, which led to eye rolls and unhelpful looks, along with another long wait. No one addressed our concerns. When I finally asked for the card machine, the staff prioritized cleaning dishes instead, requiring us to ask again. Overall, the service was rude and unhelpful. We won’t be coming back.
