I find the responsiveness of this company absolutely appalling and the real joke is that their contact form on their website reads “unlike others, I reply” 😂.I recently bought the acid heroes kit for my KP and upon delivery the scrub lid was faulty and its contents all through the bag, I couldn’t even close the lid to try and save some because it was completely broken. I have emailed them multiple times to see if I can be sent a replacement and I’ve also completed their ‘so called’ super responsive online form.. nothing but crickets. I won’t be buying from this company again and neither will my 3 sisters who also suffer with KP.
