Its been 20 days since I placed an order via their UK website. 1st, I only received an email that my order had been shipped 10 days after they took my money. 2nd, it's been another 10 days and no sign of my package. Have messaged customer service already twice with no response.Started feeling uneasy and decided to look for reviews. I should had done this before ordering anything from this company... I am losing hope that I will ever get my products or a refund from customer service... Or that the products will be any good at this point.
